We took over ownership of BTI in 2017 and have not looked back. We have a hands on approach and enjoy meeting and talking with our customers. Maggie has been with BTI since its formation and is well known by our customers. Maggie is the voice of BTI, she is your contact for sale orders, telephone enquiries and account queries.
Graham Hansen – Technical Service Support
A qualified engineer, Graham is skilled at solving customers’ problems and identifying products to fit their specific needs. Graham manages BTI’s warehouse and order dispatching.
Outside of work, Graham loves fishing!
